What brought you here?

It is time for you?

I get it, life is busy, the hustle and bustle of daily life that it’s just this simple… life can get in the way.  My challenge to you is to make sure to take time for you. Take time for self-care. Take time for date nights with a dear friend, spouse, or loved one.  Take time for a walk and enjoy that sunset. Just breathe and know you are important, people need you and they need for you to take care of yourself first.

I am guilty of neglecting myself too.  As a mother to five special needs children, their needs always come first.  I have learned over the years that I must begin to take care of myself first — can you believe that for so many years, I always thought that self-care was selfish.  How naive was I?  I have been flat out tired, exhausted and drained to the core.  I have had a few friends notice that and they have worked to pull me out of the trenches, send special gifts and even step up to help with meals and watch the kiddos.  So… is now the time for you? Time to invest in your spiritual growth, mind, body and soul? Is so, read on! If not, bookmark my site and come back to explore more later.

Let’s connect!  I want to encourage you to join me on this journey, this thing we call life.
